Prices are per night for a
specific number of persons.
SELF-CATERING CHALET INFORMATION
A-style: Luxury family chalet sleeps 2 adults & up to 3 or 4
children.
2 Bedrooms with an open-plan kitchen and
lounge.
B-style: Family chalet sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children.
Open-plan room
All chalets are equipped with TV, microwave and a 2-plate
stove.
Full bedding is supplied.
Kitchens are fully equipped.
Private bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Please bring own towels, dishcloths and braai grids.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Visitors agree to abide by the rules of the resort and
ensure that
the quiet or general comfort of other guests is in no way
disturbed.
To secure a booking, 50% of the total fee is payable by a
specified date. Balance payable on arrival. No refunds for late
arrivals or early departures.
Self-catering chalets are for families i.e. parents and children.
Pre-bookings for chalets is essential throughout the year.
Tent and caravan camping sites need to be booked during peak
season, for the rest of the year it is "first come, first served".
Group bookings are subject to written application and
approval.
An additional breakage and cleaning deposit of R300.00 will
be
charged for chalets. The chalets will be checked after your
departure and if everything is in order the deposit will be refunded
(or mailed to you if you leave before the chalet is checked).
Guests' day or overnight visitors will only be permitted
with
permission of senior management and the right to limit
admission is reserved. A charge per person and per vehicle will
be levied.
The speed limit in the resort
is 10km per hour.
Music played from car radios or speakers, strictly
forbidden.
OCCUPATION TIME TABLE
Applicable for chalets and caravan/tent stands
ARRIVAL: after 2 pm,
DEPARTURE: 9 am,
Special arrangements for
late arrivals must be made with the office staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 90 days before arrival, 20% of deposit paid.
Between 90 and 60 days before arrival, 30% of deposit paid.
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of deposit paid.
Less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of deposit paid.
Please note: no refunds after check-in, by order of owner.

Berg Rivers café, Gatskop, is open daily for groceries, take-
aways,
etc.
Canoes and tubes available for hire from the café.
Private waterslide and mini golf (out of season – weekends
only)
